Extensive, Idiopathic, Recurrent, Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection Healed With Medical Treatment

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare cause of sudden cardiac death and acute syndrome, mainly affects young female. Treatment this condition depends on the clinical features, hemodynamic angiographic findings patient, but due to rarity disease, guideline support was insufficient until last period. Depending patient blood flow, medical observation, percutaneous intervention or bypass graft surgery are used in treatment. We present female who underwent emergency after spontaneous left main four years ago recently diagnosed with extensive her right artery. After diagnosis, given treatment recovered completely.
